About the model
This is a another filler for my New York apartments collection. I made these, because there's almost no 60m+ apartment buildings on the workshop. My lvl 4 high res collection is almost complete, so next up will be some corners and offices. This model has about 3963 tris and a 2048x512 texture, with a diffuse, shadow, normal, illumination, color and specularmap.This model has a custom LoD, which is about 107 tris with a 512x256 texture, with a diffuse, specular, color and illumination map.

RICO
If you want this building added to your RICO buildings, add it in the settings menu, under growables. I recommend using the realistic population mod, this will calculate the amount of occupants in the building.


About the building
This is based of a regular apartment building at West 96th street 41, close to central park. There's not much history to it.

If I subscribe to this entire pack and later decide to unsubscruve, it won't permanently overwrite the vanilla models will it? They will go back to normal?

Not much, you only see the props you subscribe to. The building functions without them.

My Aunt and Great Uncle live on West 96th! I've been past this building so many times! My Great Uncle lives on the same block as this. So cool.
