If I subscribe to this entire pack and later decide to unsubscruve, it won't permanently overwrite the vanilla models will it? They will go back to normal?

Not much, you only see the props you subscribe to. The building functions without them.

My Aunt and Great Uncle live on West 96th! I've been past this building so many times! My Great Uncle lives on the same block as this. So cool.

You can just use the no high rise policy if you don't want lvl 5. That's why they are lvl 4, they are not high rises.

@Darf. Would be great if you create bigger one to be plopable with RICO. 5x4 and above, real High Density ones.

You can add RICO yourself, just add the building in the settings panel.
