[pjt] Anglo-Welsh MGR Part 1 [The Welsh Bit] [156]

This is a Standard Timetabled Scenario for the South Wales Coastal route.

(This version uses the Class 156 DMU instead of the Class 150 DMU to aid performance around Cardiff)

You have just taken over the Merry Go Round service at Ninian Park as it winds its way through the Great Way Round to Didcot. Soon you will get the signal to depart it is non stop to Severn Tunnel Up Loop for a 30 minute stop over. A Class 58 is running this service today instead of the normal Class 56. In the few places where the speed limit reaches 60 mph, you are limited to 45mph as a Class 7 Service Detail.

Duration : 40 - 45 mins
Traction : Class 58 Coal Sector
Era : Late 80's Early 90's

**author's notes**
I decided to timetable the scenario so I can easily convert it to a Career scenario later if I decide to do so. Timings are quite easy to make. Get within a minute of the ETA and all should be fine.
