Latest Update
Suppressed log writing by default, also disabled usage of city locations for mission generation by default to minimize freezing.

Adds in more cities for the game to use as locations, and gives them a global x offset to adjust them from 3d globe coordinates to XCOM 2's 2d map projection. Hopefully preventing missions in London on the other side of the Channel or other absurdities.

Adds in both the cities Long War added to EU/EW and a number of other cities in places unfilled by the game (Whether it be countries like Italy or entire regions like New Indonesia being left unfilled), adding a total of 294 cities ranging from Jakarta to Madrid.

Doesn't require a new game to be used.

Pastebin of the localization file containing all the cities in the mod as of 29-01-2017[pastebin.com]

Also changes how the game picks mission locations to bias it in favour of picking places much closer to RL cities.

Overrides XComGameState_WorldRegion and X2StrategyElement_DefaultMissionSiteDescriptions.

Thanks for the mod. As another reported, for my base in the New Arctic all the missions are in Norilsk.

Vanilla, no WotC, only DLC is Shen's. Mod is active with no conflict per AML.

Hey there ! I've edited the campaign so it takes about 3-4 years to complete so I'm actually trying to make the map bigger. I was looking at your config and noticed this:

ConfigX=0.002
ConfigY=0.002
UseCities=false

What does usecities do if I switch it to true ?

All missions in the New Arctic seem to be in Norilsk :)

So far so good in LW2. The only thing that I've noticed so far is in Western US, when the city/location is Greater 'something' Area, it only says Greater ... Area, without the 'something'.

don't unsubscribe from this one on an existing game, it'll wipe out all your contacts and make any new regions uncontactable
