Coyote's Parking Brake Sounds

UPDATE MAY-11: Updated activation of parking brake sound to increase immersion.

Replaces sounds for activation and release of the parking break to a real recording. It is HIGHLY suggested this mod be used in conjuction with my Air Brake Release sounds. http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=646829078

CHANGE LOG:
1. Made it louder. Let me know if its too much.
2. Changed the ParkingBrake Disengage sound entirely to a new, better recording. Now both sounds are direct recordings from the cab of a Freightliner Cascadia, whereas before only the brake engage sound was.
