I swear these had playermodels and NPCs before, that someone made... But I cannot for the life of me find them again

now correct me if i'm wrong, but if i can recall there was an addon that made these into playermodels. i had it not too long ago but uninstalled it sometime after, ever since i haven't been able to find that addon again and i was wondering if any knows about it
