I have found an addon that adds something for the tool gun that can change the visor colour:

just decompile the addon and find out, they dont care about support so you might aswell just decompile it.

I know this content was made for private use but could send a tutorial or something about how to handle matproxy? Im trying pretty much to figure how to use this API, sorry for disturbing
