描述

Band with friends and allies to create a larger realm

In the screenshots above:

1. The Duke of Galloway has pacts with 3 other dukes: Northumbria, Mercia, and Cornwall.
2. He uses the decision to "Found an Elective League" to create a titular, elective kingdom.
3. The Kingdom of Galloway League includes Northumbria and Mercia as voting vassals.
4. After conquering Wessex, the King can invite Cornwall to join the league, as it is now adjacent.

Requires patch 2.5.2. With Conclave DLC, Indians and Muslims can also create elective leagues! GitHub repo[github.com]

From other comments it seems he was fine with it aslong as it was credited so if he doesnt respond in awhile you probably should

I've been playing with making a variant of this for tribals for my own game I call "High kings and war chiefs". It plays a good bit different but Elective Leagues is still 70% of the code. Would you mind if I published a mod based on your mod?
