Now you can marry a homosexual lover. Though zealots in your realm will have an opinion drop if you do.

You can also seek your spouse's blessing in attempt to have a child with a surrogate, and even go through with it without their support. If you do have their blessing and there are any orphans in the realm, you can choose to adopt instead.

Added diplomacy to pursue a same sex lover.

To use with A Game of Thrones Mod, you need to add a dependency to Legalized Gay Marriage.mod in the mods folder, E.G. ***\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod

AGOT example:
dependencies = { "A Game of Thrones" }
