[Photon] NYPD Highway Patrol Crown Vic

My first ever photon upload. (Updated: Added the NYPD mobile foot ball goal with lights unit. (Added the same car but with the sticks up. So you have the down and up position of this car) (The traffic sticks up car, will show up as "NYPD Highway Patrol 2", the down sticks one will show up as "Crown Vic Highway Patrol" under Emergency Vehicles).

You'll need TDMCars - Emergency Vehicles pack. I added everything I used(to my knowledge) to the required items list so you shouldn't have any problems.
