It's a jailbreak map. Here's a list of the things it features:

-Soccer
-Spleef (for lack of a better name)
-Wipeout
-Maze
-Go-Carts
-The Price is Right
-Deathrun
-Invisible maze
-Pool
-CS Surf
-Jump rope
-Club
-Battle Bubbles -- a custom minigame where players fight to the death in giant bubbles
-More to come in later versions

If you find any bugs, please comment on the 'Bug Report' discussion-- without reports, I can't make the map better.

If you have CS:S then you shouldn't have any texture errors. I bundled all the map-specific textures inside the .bsp. My advice, if it's still a problem of course, is to try restarting your game, or maybe your computer if you already have. GMod seems to be picky about whether or not it wants to mount the textures.

Those are content errors - for some reason the game can't find the textures and models it needs.

Couple of things to try:
1. Do you have CS:S or the CS:S content? If not, try downloading and/or installing it before continuing. You don't have to buy the game as people have posted the content for download.
2. Try restarting your game. Often times issues like this can be resolved by doing this.
3. Try unsubscribing and resubscribing from the file.
