You can find the sword in a chest beneath Lake Illinalta.

If you want the sword to do more damage, upgrade it to Dwarven, then Elven, then Ebony and then Daedric.

Don't ask for the ID cause I can't help you. Custom modded items don't use fixed IDs like vanilla. Use the "help" console command to find it ( ~ help eidolon 0 ).
