A hastly thrown together mod that stops Communiquees from being displayed.

Both types of Communiquees are hidden - the ones sent by other Leaders ("I don't like the color of your shirt." -1 Respect) and the ones send by your Advisors ("An agreement with XYZ is available.").

Communiquees sent by other Leaders can still be found in the Communique Log (The button below the Minimap) and in the Diplomacy Window. This just stops the game from slowly spamming 5 different communiquees per turn onto your screen in the later parts of the game.

Overrides DiploMessagePanel.lua and will be incompatbile with mods that do the same.

This mod can also be integrated into the game itself so you don't have to use it as a mod.

To do so first create a backup of the original DiploMessagePanel.lua found in...

Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization Beyond Earth\assets\DLC\Expansion1\UI\InGame\WorldView

...then replace it with the one that can be found in the mod folder:

Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization Beyond Earth\MODS\ChatBlock Plus (v 1)

Restart the game - done!
