Description:
Omega Gunship is a 2 man fire support ship. It is suitable for escort or high speed hit and run. while it does not have the most mobility its acceleration allows it for reaching its maximum speed in a short time. Intended to orbit around its target whether its for defending or attacking. Intercepting incoming missiles and at the same time deploying its own.

I recently realized the Omega is featured in the Exploration Enhancement Mod https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=531659576 . I knew the design is outdated so i worked on a MkII version of it. Instead of releasing it as a new item im going to try a new format where I update the existing one and If anyone wants the older one back I have saved it and can release a legacy blueprint.

I added some LCDs and some scripts to go along with it so it should be more pre-configured.I also converted all heavy armor to light due to the Ion thrusters since its creation have been nerfed and no longer can handle the weight

Well, that is just why I built all of my workshop creations without mods. Its a challenge to make something with vanilla blocks. Its poses big challenges in what shapes and estetical features you can accomplish and I also think that many mods dumb down our creativity and instead of beeing innovative we resort to mods. Dont get me wrong, there is plenty of cool mods that I enjoy and alot of them i think should be added into the main game. However until that is done then the absense of the mods wil pose as nice challenges.
