A Joint is used to connect the top to the bottom, with a "1" in the Y Axis for the spinner.
I originally made the one fo 40K Conquest (no Idea how to link to it!)
I am glad someone else has been making the dials, as I don't have many of the ships to scan !
For these, I hadn't set the drag and torque correctly (so they kept spinning), but the conquest one seemed to work so much better (but I did make that back in july!)
What were your settings? He told me to do this:
