描述
A small mod to boost soldier minimum stats from 35 to 45. As a rule of thumb you should not hire anyone with stats <40 in any case so this is just creating viable soldiers while not touching the max value of 65. Special forces troops also actually do have minimum requirements.

Starting soldiers get a little bit extra stat boost, 5 instead of 3.

NOTE: This will not replace for-hire soldiers in a savegame. You need to hire + dismiss them to generate new recruits. I think they eventually replace on their own too. In a new game all soldiers are improved.

Well, in case anyone was curious, this does not appear to cause or have any issues if used with X-Division at this time

I doubt it, but would this happen to work with X-Division, if anyone knows?

Good mod. If Earth was under attack like this, even in 1979, there were the following SOF branches:
US Rangers
SAS
SPETSNAZ
SASR
Canadian Airborne Regiment (prior to JTF2)
Navy SEALS
Delta Force
GIGN
GSG9

I would definitely say 40 is more reasonable, it keeps me from hiring and firing the morons. 45 seems a bit cheaty.

I've used units with even one stat under 40 and every time I've noticed a detriment to the preformance of the team. although 45 might be a little high.
