Steam does things differently, from what I've gathered you have to organize your files differently. Most of the stolen mods don't do that, they just take the Nexus or Deadlystream version and upload it over here without doing any extra work.
I've no idea if this mod is poorly uploaded, I wasn't sure if this was actually a legit mod uploaded with permission from the Mod Author or if this was yet another Stolen one, so I wasn't going to use it until I knew for sure.
There is a certain account on here that I have been told by the actual mod authors steals their work all the time and all his uploads are broken and outdated. Not saying who as to avoid a witchhunt, but chances are you know exactly who I am talking about. Many of the mod authors I've spoken to have said that they've tried to get int touch with Steam to get the mods took down but to no avail.
