描述
This asset is a landfill reskinned as a functional self-sufficient landfill that processes waste instead of just taking it in, making it eco-friendly. I made this Recycle center personally as well to make sure it fits into any city or area you may want to place it in, as it isn't too barrent or flashy.

The Center also has spots where people will sit down and hang out with parking spaces to make it feel "used" and "busy".

Size: 5x6
Cost: 1,250
Maintenence: 420 (haha...it's for employee pay, truck pick-up, and processing)
Electricity: 80kw (for the use of electric crushers and tools used to recycle)
Noise/Pollution: 5 (in the editor, it doesn't show any radius at all for these two and doesn't note anything in game)
Garbage Capacity: 4000000 (half a landfill, makes it to it doesn't fill too fast or too slow, making sure it doesn't need to be taken care of repeatedly)
Garbage Consumption: 160000/week (at full capacity)
Garbage Truck Capacity: 10 (5 less than landfill, enough to be worth something)
NEW: Electricity Production (editor is set to 100)
NEW: Electricity Consumption (editor is set to 25)

It might be that - I added extra centers in a couple of districts when I noticed properties stockpiling garbage but with very low garbage truck usage (BTW - I hate landfills, if I can my early game is all recycling).

It's showing the same thing in my city, too. i'm wondering maybe it might have to do with how many other resources you have that's taking care of the same problem.

Mine are just as low, and it doesn't seem to be utilizing a lot of the trucks in certain places of the town, but the garbage isn't piling up since the one I made is the one I use pretty exclusively.
I did notice my highest center had 9 trucks out at one time, while another only had 2-3 as well.

I'll give it a check on later if I can (I just got home) and see if something might be conflicting. I got a lot on my plate this time of year and if I have an opportunity maybe i can figure it out soon:)

I was hoping there wasn't a confliction with Campus lol (haven't bought it, probably won't).

With the current version of CS - parklif, after Dark, Industries installed - this only seems to send out 2 trucks at a time, regardless of the demand. I use it with District Service Management.

I'm about to try to place it in a new map because i'm always mental and never get too far as i see improvements i can make or i only get so far with a fluent city :p
