@BigRowdy - You probably want to make sure this mod has priority over others otherwise it will be overwritten by things that might make other changes to weapons.

Yeah I figured as much. I got all your mods and only a few from others. I'll play around with the load order. Thanks for responding.

@BigRowdy - only reason I can think of is that it will be a mod order/mod compatibility issue. There's no reason why it should arbitrarily stop working.

@superman81906 - I think there were two main reasons: 1) to give you the opportunity to move soldiers out of the way in the event of a fumble/missed throw (see the previous comment); and 2) to make grenades a little more distinct from direct fire weapons. The latter is admittedly a self-inflicted problem (grenades have such small blast areas that they don't really fill the role that grenades should fill, i.e. crowd control and indirect fire, so they need something to make them different from guns). But in context I do think it makes sense.

(Also, I think grenades in the original X-Com game took at least until the end of the turn to explode, so it's in keeping with the game it was drawing inspiration from.)

Why would they not do this already in the vanilla game?

The only reason i will uninstall this mod is because my soldiers keep blowing themselves up because of their bad accuracy
