[1.12] Electric Car, Steam Car (add PMs)

-自動車産業に蒸気自動車と電気自動車を追加します。

-これらは石油以外の燃料を要求します。
--蒸気自動車は、「機械化農業」の技術を前提とし、石炭を要求します。
--電気自動車は「電気コンデンサー」の技術を前提とし、電力と鉛を要求します。

-同様に施設の前提技術の候補を増やしています。
--内燃機関の技術を研究せずに、先述したいずれかの技術があれば建設できます。

-ただしこれら2種の方式で自動車産業の覇権を握る事はできません。
--後のT型フォード車等の大量普及によりガソリン車が大衆の心を掴んだからです。

-Add steam cars and electric cars to the car industry.

-These cars require fuels other than oil.
--Steam cars presuppose the technology of "mechanized agriculture" and require coal.
--Electric vehicles rely on "electric capacitor" technology and require electricity and lead.

-Similarly, we are increasing the number of candidates for prerequisite technologies for facilities.
-Can be constructed with any of the aforementioned technologies, without the need to research internal combustion engines.

However, these two methods cannot dominate the automotive industry.
-This is because gasoline-powered cars captured the hearts of the masses with the mass adoption of cars like the Model T Ford.
