No More Breakfasting PLUS! [RGON]

This mod is a REPENTOGON-powered rewrite of
"Im sick of multiple breakfasts!" by The__CJ and
"No more Breakfasting!" by Maddogs.

Tired of seeing BREAKFAST over and over at the end of a run?
This mod hijacks true "Breakfast mode" and turns it into an actual
item fiesta instead of a sad cereal loop.

What it does:
- Detects when the game has really entered Breakfast mode
(item pools exhausted → forced Breakfast) and replaces those
forced Breakfasts with real items instead.
- Works in normal runs and Greed/Greedier.
- Respects unlocks and the NO! trinket (no unwanted actives).
- Leaves normal Breakfast items (from healthy pools or special drops)
completely alone – this only cleans up the end-of-run Breakfast spam.

Smart item selection:
- Uses a "bag" per pool: by default, every eligible item appears
once before the bag is refilled – no more seeing the same item
five times in a row unless you want that.
- You can optionally allow repeats per pool if you’d rather keep it
fully random.

Per-pool replacement behavior:
- Every item pool (including Greed variants and REPENTOGON custom pools)
has its own settings in Mod Config Menu:
• Bag allows repeats (ON/OFF).
• Instant Breakfast-mode replacement (ON/OFF).
- ON: you never see forced Breakfast once that pool is dead.
- OFF: you see the first forced Breakfast from that pool, and
replacements start after you’ve picked up at least one.
• Replacement behavior:
- Use this pool only
(no Treasure / Greed Treasure merge).
- Use pool + Treasure (mixed bag)
(room pool and Treasure/Greed Treasure are shuffled together).
- Use pool + Treasure (vanilla order)
(room pool first, then Treasure once the room pool’s bag is empty,
mirroring vanilla-style fallback).
- Glitched items (TMTRAINER-style, REPENTOGON)
(forced Breakfasts from this pool turn into glitched items).
- Fixed item
(forced Breakfasts from this pool turn into a single chosen item).
• Fixed replacement item:
- ID of the item used when behavior is "Fixed item" (e.g. Death Certificate).
- Invalid or blocked IDs fall back to normal pool-based replacement.

Global:
- A single global button in Mod Config Menu:
• Reset all settings to defaults.

Overall, the mod:
- Detects true forced Breakfast mode on a per-pool basis,
- Replaces those forced Breakfasts according to each pool’s behavior,
- Uses smart bag-based item selection, and
- Stays out of the way for normal item drops and "healthy" Breakfasts.
