but its not about making the same system . just the way they did it which allows volume change . I suggested cause there isnt any aux sound options . and with the window trick it works kind of . but also doesnt cause as i stated when you come to a stop and accelerate again it kicks back on . if it didnt then u could of maybe looked for a way to use the windows as a sound volume changer ..
your idea of using the Retarder wont really work cause i dont wanna be having my retarder on while doing a heavy haul lol ..
i really do hope u find a way to control the volume cause it is a great potential mod for sure :)
If you were to want real cab sounds and be able to change the sound with high/medium/low settings. Just buy a heater that has both heat and air, and make your own vents on your desk. lol
I have plans to do this and mount the switch to a dash area once I can find a good junkyard pete379 dash to use for my rig.
