Lake Freighter - S.S. Elijah F. Rodgers

描述
S.S. Elijah F. Rodgers is a great lakes freighter launched in 1960. Converted from coal to diesel during 1975 winter layup.

While being smaller than some of its counterparts on the lakes. It is the fastest. Reaching ocean liner speeds of ~20Kts while fully loaded.

It is also the only ship on the lakes with a casino :)

did you know that ford, the car company, also made great lakes cargo freighters? You should build one!
