描述

Adds a peace treaty option that allows you to return core locations to either you, your subjects aswell as non-belligerent countries.

If there is more than one country that has a core on the same location, the order is as follows:

1. You (the country negotiating the peace deal)

2. Your Vassal (ordered by loyalty)

3. Your PU Partner (ordered by opinion)

4. Anyone else (ordered by opinion)

You cannot give back core locations to a country if they are your rival or of another religious group (unless they are your vassal or you are allies).
You only gain antagonism of you return cores to yourself or a subject.

If you encounter any issues or have suggestions for changes and balancing please let me know.

KNOWN BUGS:

Sometime you have the option to give back locations to countries who already own it.

i find AI subjects like using this instead of annex revolter, and sometimes they'll leave revolters alive.

Hey PlummusDucis, thank you for the feedback! I wasn't been able to reproduce the bug. I already check if the country exist on several occasions. Would you be interested in sharing your save so I can check that way? :)

Hi Sn1per, loving this mod. I've found one bug where if an AI country has fully annexed another and hasn't integrated those provinces yet, I can "return" the core provinces to myself, despite seemingly having no cores there. It hasn't impacted my game but maybe a check to see if the original tag still exists would solve it? Keep up the great work!

Hey Faninfo_YT, there is no restriction to cultures for returning cores to nations. There is however a religious group restriction if the target nation is not your subject or ally. If you want to remove that you need to delete or comment out lines 108-112 in in_game\common\peace_treaties\return_cores_to_country.txt:

OR = {
is_subject_or_below_of = scope:winner
is_allied_with = { target = scope:winner }
religion.group = scope:winner.religion.group
}
