For the sake of easy mod maintenance, and with the elimination of the need for this mod's custom changes to Hot Brass, the Hot Brass framework is no longer integrated, but instead a dependency, meaning you'll always have the latest version of Hot Brass whenever it updates.
The mod is also now split into two submods; one for vanilla, and one for VFE.

Would be doable since I already have the casings and graphics for that, but it would take some time to register all the guns.
Yes, for now Hot Brass is fully integrated. That might change, though, but you'll see it when loading up a game if so. And yes, all three VFE packs plus Gunrunner's are supported.
