I made changes to the amounts of points a soldier can gain during a mission and the max global points they can have:

max points to gain during a mission / max global points they can have:

Action Points: 4 /100
Strenght: 3 / 100
Accuracy: 5 / 100
Reflexes: 10 / 200
Bravery: 5 / 200
Resilience: 1 (every three points of the above) / 150

This is not meant to be balanced, i upload it for personal use, and for anyone who would like to use it; feel free to ask for a different version, though i might not make it.

i might even make a worse ultra unbalanced version later, who knows.
