Castrum Paritas

Castrum Paritas is a Beyond the Cape submod focused on balance changes, new tweaks and general mechanic reworks.

Note: You can play this mod without Beyond the Cape, however please bear in mind that the balance is made with that mod in mind.

• Ramparts - they can only be built on flatlands locations that have a fort. They provide local defense.
  
• Walls - they can only be built in Towns and Cities. They provide a fort level, but no zone of control.

• Market access through sea, rivers and roads is improved.
  
• Locations will be more likely to choose a market of their own language.

• During the Bubonic Plague situation, isolating the court reduces character death chance to 1% rather than 8%.

Whatever I feel like. I'm thinking of adding more institutions and advances, especially for non-european countries. Feel free to give me ideas.
