This "replaces" the Movie files with a blank one.

Of course one could just set bForceNoMovies to true in the config but it seems it is not possible using commands.
Normally deleting the Movie files would also be an option but when installing a workshop item it is not so easy.

So the only way is to just replace them with the unused blank file the game already has.

That means you can boot the game a lot faster and no more loud sound or additional skipping needed.


To remove the Runestorm Video if it stays after Subscribing:
-Unsubscribe from this
-Start game and let uninstall and exit game
-Subscribe to this again
-Start game and it should be gone

If you want the game to boot without having to click first (what it looks like).
Do the above and then after unsubscribe.
This should delete some of the movie files and makes the game boot without having to click.
(Verifying game files will bring the videos back if someone wants them back)
