Welcome to Halo Combat Disheveled. I've been working on this mod intermittently since the HCEEK was released for MCC in 2021, and I finally feel like it's got enough additions and changes to justify releasing it. I hope you enjoy.

The total list of changes is almost incalculable, I've probably altered all the gameplay systems that players interact with across the game in one way or another. I've done my best to create a tight experience that is satisfying and well balanced, while being more chaotic and larger in scale than the base game. But at its heart, it still feels like Halo CE.

The full co-op experience needs AlphaRing to function. This is a splitscreen hack for MCC, so you need a couch and some controllers for your buddies. Simply drop the AlphaRing files into your "steamapps\common\Halo The Master Chief Collection\mcc\binaries\win64" folder, and launch the game with Anti-Cheat disabled. Remember to remove AlphaRing if you want to play online, because the Anti-Cheat will freak out if AlphaRing is detected when launching the game normally.

Most characters have upscaled textures with some manual touch ups here and there, a few environment textures have been upscaled as well, such as tree leaves, bushes, and plants.

Covenant weapons now have dynamic lights, both on their models and their projectiles. They look fantastic, especially in low light environments. Projectiles are easily visible, and weapons glow on the ground, making them easier to see.

10 New weapons! From the Battle Rifle to the Chaingun, the SMG and the Flamethrower, I've added new weapons from Digsite and Ruby's Rebalanced, and two more sources (I sadly don't know who made the BR or M6C models/animations).

Along with adding new weapons, I've made massive changes to all the weapons and vehicles present in the game. Weapons are diverse and deadly, and vehicles are weighty and fast. Most importantly, #NeedlerGang will love it here.

One more thing. How do I port the png files into tiff? I want to make my own bulletin boards too.

Man I saw those bulletin boards and all that. Im sorry for all your losses. As a modder I encountered these things and can say "No matter who trashtalks you theyre always wrong.". This mod is a masterpiece and a better remake of Halo CE than Halo CEA. If Campaign Evolved fails. This might be the mod to turn to and play. And this mod brought me happiness of COOP and cutscene recreations. This mod will actually turn out on the 1st place of the best Halo MCC mods.

Banshees are a little too aggro and fast honestly.
They tend to fire off two shots or three then go into Kamikaze mode flying into melee range like they got a deathwish.

@Irish Carbomb Maybe someday, I've messed with Halo 2 in the past, but it works pretty differently to Halo CE. Currently I'm playing around with Halo 3 ODST.

@AvatarChief Oh I see, ok, it was kinda mean to put the kestrel next to the void tho ^^'
I still managed to steal the banshee under the twin bridges and checked every high places, sad there was nothing of interest, but I got surprised when I saw many rocks blocking the path where I managed to sneak the tank between rocks. I didn't try but it looks like they can be climbed on from one side, but if you fall you probably can't get back to the other side and get softlocked, especially if you get a checkpoint when exploring back (I did got one, but I had the banshee to fly so I wasn't stuck)
BTW did you remove the secret marine at the beginning of 343 guilty spark ? I tried to look for the guy but he was nowhere.

@Sapphic Yuri Himejoshi I made Chief taller than Vanilla because it always bothered me that he was the same height as the Marines. He towers over them in every future entry, so I changed it to be in line with the rest of the series. Call it revisionist game design.

@MissKiwi skulls are just for fun, I like beating enemies up with it, so I decided to put one on every level, it's nothing deeper than that lol
The Kestrel acts like the ghost because I didn't enjoy the way it flew. Neither the Banshee nor the Pelican physics were enjoyable to me. So I decided to model the Kestrel's movement off its appearance in the "Spartan Strike" game.

I notice master chief is twice as big as vanilla. Why is that?
