RHSAFRF: Armor Nerf

I originally made this mod for my unit FENRIR CZ/SK, but decided to share it publicly - maybe some of you will like it or find it useful.

A comprehensive balancing mod for Arma 3 that significantly reduces armor protection for all Russian helmets and vests from the RHS: AFRF mod - 80+ helmets and 200+ vests reworked for realism and fair gameplay.

Say goodbye to "walking tanks" - now every bullet counts.

Features:
- Nerfed armor for all Russian helmets and vests
- Adjusted damage passthrough for realistic lethality
- Works with RHS AFRF & USAF

HELMETS (80+ items):
- 6B47, 6B27M, 6B28, 6B26, 6B7-1M (all variants)
- Altyn (with/without visor)
- ZSH-7A, TSH-4, SSH-68, GSH-18
- Berets, Fieldcaps, Boonies

VESTS (200+ items):
- Modern: 6B23, 6B13, 6B43, 6B45, 6B46 (all variants)
- Old Gen: 6B3, 6B5-19 series (VSR, TTsKO, Berezka, Khaki)
- Tactical: 6Sh92, 6Sh46, 6Sh104, 6Sh117, Vydra-3M
- Light: Belt rigs, Suspenders, Chicom, Lifchik

Load Order:
1. RHS: AFRF
2. RHS: USAF
3. RHSAFRF: Armor Nerf
