Total Operations Control: Intercontinental.

A Private intelligence agency devoted to keeping the interests of CW Dynamics safe, as well as spying and obtaining information about rival companies or militaries.

Field agents first encountered Apostle 11 while doing surveillance work on the Offshore Platform.


The Venerated.
The Venerated are "sleeper agents" , activated every 50 years to find ways to stop and combat the Ark and it's apostles.
Other than that, nobody knows.


931st Task Division.
The Task Division is the combined militaries of the 10 countries who have entered the coalition, tasked with destroying the Arcadists.

The Task Division and other teams and organisations involved in the war against the Arcadists rarely encountered Pyrokarthy and the Apostles, information gained from their encounters were stolen by the Philosophers.


The Insurgency/The Arcadists.
The Arcadists is a terrorist organisation formed mostly of soldiers originating from the country's military, and because of this the Arcadists are very organised and even have a ranking system.

In older times, their country were visited by Apostle 11, who showed them the wonders that a specific sticky liquid could do, sowing the seeds for future events.


The Philosophers
A group of Ex - Officers from the Reichswehr and Wehrmacht who seek to control the world.
Most of their members family backgrounds were deeply rooted in Philosophy and art.

In 2032, Sancai became a council member of the Philosophers, slowly steering the group towards her goal.
