CURRENTLY TEST VERSION
(Reminder that this is an early version to test the idea, settlements will be populated with time. Feel free to make suggestions on content and travel routes you'd like to see added)

Advanced Exile Travel adds new ways to travel around the exiled lands.
Ports and Docks have interactable boats and ships that will take you to a variety of destinations.
Dafari War Balloons can also fly you across the map in the same way.

Plenty more content coming like settlements/docks etc., this version has been uploaded for testing and feedback

i can look into it, but it would need to work similar to a mount in order to work that way

Well, I was thinking if the player could just craft a boat and use it freely on the rivers or sea. Or the balloon.

In what way? There are currently no terrain modifications, it's only adding to small existing camp layers to add the docks at the start and end locations.
I intend on not modifying terrains to try keep it compatible with as much as possible

Will there ever be a standalone version only for the items (boats, balloons) without the map modifications?

I would also set up NPCs at the departure points to collect a symbolic fare.

Why park the balloons on the new platform so high up? By the time I get there, I can walk to the oasis. Maybe they should install an elevator there?

This looks like a really cool implementation! I mean, there's Riverboats, but hot air balloons? Damn!
