hmm an interesting idea
i could try doing something like 'mentor' whith a progress bar that goes up over several sessions
a pawn would then gradually learn first the path and then the psycasts leading up to the selected one
i'd scale the psypower learning speed with global learning rate and psychic sensitivity

I'll probably try making something like that but i currently have other projects that take priority for now. We'll see in a week or so :)

You think you could make a mod so that psycasters can learn from other casters?
Something like "cognitive tunneling" where two pawns exchange one psycast at a cost for a coma for a couple of hours?

I'm gonna mention that I like how it is in VPE. It's unique from regular skills to have it require a psycaster to sit around and be useless in order to become better.

Just updated the mod. Added passive XP from reserved neural heat like I mentioned before and an optional XP popup :)
