Reduced Torch Particles Flicker Patch

在我研究模组合集时，发现火把会产生非常明显的红光周期性闪烁。经过调查，这是 [oSB] Cumulative Dynamic Lights 模组所导致的效果。由于找不到专门解决此问题的 Mod，而我又不想删除该模组，因此我制作了这个 Mod 来缓解火把的闪烁问题。

此 Mod 的修改内容非常简单：仅调整了原版 torch.animation 文件的几行参数，让原本每秒钟出现一次的火把粒子（引起红光闪烁）变为约 10 秒钟才出现一次，同时略微延长了粒子的生命周期。我认为这样改动在视觉上会比较自然。

This Mod was tested under my personal collection of Mods and is not guaranteed to work in all environments. I'm uploading it to the Workshop mainly for easier management and to hopefully help anyone experiencing the same issue.

While testing my mod collection, I noticed that torches produced a very distinct and disruptive periodic red light flicker. Investigation confirmed that this effect was caused by the [oSB] Cumulative Dynamic Lights Mod. Since I could not find an existing Mod to resolve this specific conflict and did not want to uninstall the main dynamic lights Mod, I created this patch to mitigate the torch flickering.

The change implemented by this Mod is minimal: it only adjusts a few parameter lines in the vanilla torch.animation file. This modification changes the torch particle emission (which causes the red light flicker) from once per second to approximately once every 10 seconds. I also slightly extended the particle's lifecycle. I think these changes provide a more visually natural experience.
