Cave Obstacles: particles removed, does not deal damage, icons, craftable, added names, descriptions, fixed the boxes of the grey stalagmites, will not break when attacked (still breaks when mined, as it would be annoying to have them crowd your inventory when mining)
Tesla Spike: quiet, craftable, unbreakable
Bone Spike: particles removed, craftable, description changed
Ice Spike: particles removed, craftable, description changed
Burning Coals: particles removed, craftable, description changed, waterproof
Barbed Wire: craftable, description changed
Large/Small Hunting Sticks: particles removed, craftable, description changed
Wooden Spikes: craftable, description changed

new:
Conjury of Spikes: The crafting station for the stuff here. It's a placable book sometimes sold by glitch merchants.
Tesla Spike Variants: An electricity only and a spike only version.
Magma Thorns: Restored from beta. Same as the cave obstacles.
