Treated Planks For Emberpelts

Add Wood Workshop and Treated Planks to the Emberpelts faction. Used for some mods that may need Treated Planks so they don't crash.

Moddable Prefab is an optional dependency. If you have it, the Wood Workshop would be in the Industry group, if not, it will stay alone in the Woods group. Note: if you play another faction after playing Emberpelts with Moddable Prefab, the Wood Workshop will stay in the Industry group. Restart the game to have it back.
