King Trump

Adds King Trump, and an associated Interest Group+Ideology. Have not created a "party" yet, that integration would be much more complex.

Enacting these three laws will spawn the Make the Monarchy Great Again party:
Closed Borders
Protected Speech
Monarchy
The Interest Group will be created, and the game "spawns" it after a few days. When it exists, the Don will become its leader and be coronated as King of your country.
The IG will also be added to your government and will quickly begin to gain followers. They should remain in good spirits with just the three enactments above, but do tell me if your other laws are making them upset, we can adjust their zealousness towards those other laws.

Sure, you could force Trump into existence on a rival country, if you wanted, by forcing the three above laws on them. You'd have to cheat it in or enforce it via diplomatic play/treaties.
Those three laws enacted will generate a Trump for you to ally or fight with.
I am not sure what Vic 3's restrictions are about spawning the same unique character, it uses a template so it should be possible to have multiple, but, 0% chance any country organically enacts closed borders, free speech, and monarchy.

Compatible with everything, does not modify vanilla game files.
