As of now - there is no way to use teleport in co-op. Maybe in future versions, since author claimed to do a full release in January 1st. Author is Chinese and they have a closed beta team on BiliBili, where they have like a 1.6 or higher version of co-op.
As of now, me and my friends, if we want to go to Farm Town - we use the ferry ticket in basement, because it still works for EVERYONE, or, if we want to go to Warehouse - we got through teleport bubbles in Ground Zero, which take us almost to the hill with travel point to the Warehouse.
The map calculates it's open loot points on host's progress. If host already completed the quest, the loot point will not spawn; you either make clients do their quests first (since quest loot in containers is only one a piece) or you do these quests solo after the match.
