Change Sky Texture Plugin (G1)

The plugin is designed for those who play with DX11. It allows you to randomly select the texture used for the sky when loading the game and changing day and night.
It requires DX11 v17.8-dev20 or higher.
1. I recommend always updating DX11 manually
