[EN] [MTL-KR/JP/CN] Eleanor, Lettie, and Quincy (from Warframe)

Gonna bring that feeling, gonna feel the heat. The Hex are in town and they can't be beat.

Introducing the other half of Warframe 1999's Hex Syndicate: Eleanor, Lettie, and Quincy, the the protoframes for Nyx, Trinity, and Cyte-09 respectively.

Includes 3 characters, two with 10 Skills and one with 9 skills. Each has 2 Rare Skills, 2 Synergy effects, and a Lucy Draw skill.

Eleanor:
- Gimmicky jack of all trades
- Healer with two stances that swaps every turn and whenever a Standby is used.
- Good Vibes: A more supportive/healing oriented stance
- Bad Vibes: A more defensive/debuff-spreading/barrier oriented stance
- Some additional clauses for some characters *cough* Trisha *cough* to make use of this mechanic.

Lettie:
- More traditional healer that works better in an emergency
- Draws an attack skill if using too many heals with unique buff, Overworked
- Gains additional Healing Power for each ally at Death's Door
- Handbuffs healing skills to make prepare them for later use
- Can sacrifice Overworked to deal additional damage and heal all characters directly in a particular case.
- Applies Pain debuffs that can be consumed by attackers at Death's Door to overheal.
- Applies Weakening debuffs that support the team whenever the enemy with the debuffs is attacked.

Quincy:
- Primarily a Main DPS with a theme of skills being played at the most 'opportune moment', can be a secondary DPS using a flat damage increasing debuffs for characters that play a lot of cheap skills. High critical chance.
- Builds stacking resource, Opportunity, whenever defeating enemies and using Standby
- Permanent Ignore Taunt, befitting a sniper
- Some additional clauses for some characters *cough* Trisha *cough* to make use of his mechanics.

These characters are somewhat intended to be played together but are not as intrinsically linked like my previous FFXV characters, so mileage may vary.
