Step into the night, where all the stars are bright. Höllvania's most wanted are here to save the day.

Introducing 3 of Warframe: 1999's Hex Syndicate members, Arthur, Aoi, and Amir, the Protoframes for Excalibur, Mag, and Volt respectively.

Includes 3 characters, each with 10 Skills, 2 Rare Skills, 2 Synergy effects, and a Lucy Draw skill. Additionally, Arthur has an unchangeable fixed ability as an 11th skill.

Aoi:
- Supportive Tank, able to apply Taunt status to enemies and create lasting barriers.
- Uses stacking resource to empower own skills and gain additional tanking ability, also reduced by taking damage. Builds this resource by using skills and steals it from enemies whenever she is particularly low.
- Has strong debuffs that reduce enemy effectiveness, as well as reduce armor on a near-permanent basis.

Arthur:
- Momentum based hand-combo/hand buff DPS.
- Builds stacking resource to empower skills that reduces at the end of the turn.
- Lots of draw in kit, can reshuffle own skills back into the deck on a conditional basis for additional consistency.
- Increases the damage of skills with Ignore Taunt and has methods of applying Ignore Taunt to other allies.

Amir:
- Supportive DPS that enables your main DPS to deal increased critical damage.
- Builds stacking resource whenever a skill with Swiftness is played.
- Can apply buffs to skills in hand, as well as apply Swiftness and generate Standby to allow for uninterrupted and strategic plays.
- Can create duplicates of own skills played, allowing for consistency in damage, or additional application of hand buffs.
- Can reduce ally Overload.

These characters are somewhat intended to be played together but are not as intrinsically linked like my previous FFXV characters, so mileage may vary.
