It’s the “find Dave the Burrito” achievement. You unlock it by destroying 15 tiny burritos hidden around Dominion City. Do that, a secret door opens in Upper Dominion. Step inside, approach the golden burrito named Dave, and the trophy pings. Nothing to equip, no dialog, just bragging rights and loot in the room.

You need story access to all three Dominion districts. Dominion itself after The Falling Wall, Fades after Means of Ascent, and Upper Dominion after The Timekeeper’s Order. None of the 15 are missable, and the game doesn’t track what you’ve shot. You must actually shoot each burrito. They’re unmarked.
