Ballistic Calculator V4

描述
Major Changes
  • Improved Tracking Performance
  • TRD1 Standard Support
  • Simplified Properties

Features
  • Inverce Ballistic Calculator
  • Compatible with All Weapons
  • Supports Both Direct and Curved Fire
  • Wind Compensation
  • Vehicle Speed Considered
  • High-Precision Stabilizer
  • Compatible with ELI1/ELI2/TRD1 Input
  • Includes FCS Type 7

Description
The stabilizer in Ballistic Calculator V3 has been improved. Tracking assuming constant acceleration linear motion has been implemented, improving hit accuracy against maneuvering targets. The ballistic calculation performance itself remains unchanged.

Reload Input Terminal
Sets the elevation angle to 0 while leaving the azimuth unchanged. Use this when reloading. To reset the azimuth to its default position, turn off Power.

Shootable Output Terminal
An on signal is output when the turret is within range and facing a firing position.

How to Use
  1. Turn the key to turn the power on.
  2. Press the High Angle Fire button to fire indirect fire.
Due to ammo loss, this can only be used with Battle Cannons, Artillery Cannons, Versa Cannons, and Rocket Launchers.
  3. Shootable turns on when the weapon is ready to fire, so use it in conjunction with an And circuit.

Property Description
Property Name
Description
Weapon Type
Select the weapon type.
Standby Yaw Position (degree)
Enter the initial azimuth angle in degrees relative to the pivot zero point. The direction will be set when the power is turned off.
Min Pitch (degree)
Enter the minimum pitch angle in degrees. The pivot zero point is used as the reference.
Max Pitch (degree)
Enter the maximum pitch angle in degrees. The pivot zero point is used as the reference.
Pitch Swivel Mode
Select whether to limit pitch swivel to minimum and maximum values. "Unlimited" allows swivel regardless of the minimum and maximum values (-90° ~ +90°). "Limited by Fov" limits swivel to the minimum and maximum values. Note that the firing range is always limited by the minimum and maximum values.
Min Yaw (degree)
Enter the minimum yaw swivel angle in degrees. This is based on the Standby Yaw Position.
Max Yaw (degree)
Enter the minimum yaw swivel angle in degrees. This is based on the Standby Yaw Position.
Yaw Swivel Mode
Select whether to limit yaw rotation to minimum and maximum values. "Unlimited" allows rotation regardless of the minimum and maximum values (-180° ~ +180°). "Limited by Fov" limits rotation to the minimum and maximum values. Note that the firing range is always limited by the minimum and maximum values.
Pivot rotation speed gain
This is the turret rotation speed. Increasing this value allows for faster rotation.
Types of Pitch PIVOT
Select the pivot used for pitch.
Pitch Gear Ratio
Please select the gear ratio of the pitch pivot.
Types of Yaw PIVOT
Please select the pivot used for yaw.
Yaw Gear Ratio
Please select the gear ratio of the yaw pivot.
Offset X (m)
Please enter the X-axis distance (left/right direction of the vehicle) between the Physics Sensor and the center of rotation of the gun in the local coordinate system.
Offset Y (m)
Please enter the Y-axis distance (forward/backward direction of the vehicle) between the Physics Sensor and the center of rotation of the gun in the local coordinate system.
Offset Z (m)
Enter the X-axis distance (up and down on the vehicle) between the Physics Sensor and the center of rotation of the gun in the local coordinate system.

Thank you!
I'm currently working on Ballistic Calculator V5, which will improve accuracy for long-range and curved shots. Stay tuned!

Amazing work, mine keeps spinning around in circles and trying to aim directly towards the centre of the earth. Thanks, this will save me SOOOO much time.

If the firing distance is 1.5km, it is likely out of range. By the way, the range of each gun is summarized on the following website.

how do you make the auto aim work further away?

I'm using this for some auto cannons but the guns zero when the target is around 1.5km and further away, how do I change this because there seems to be no setting for it that I can see

Thanks! THIS SYSTEM IS AWESOME BTW!!!
