B42.12 Fix for Firearms B42

I'm uploading this as a temporary fix for Hyzo's Firearms mod, as they haven't updated their mod in a bit and have not responded to people asking about the mod being fixed yet. If they want me to remove it, I will do so. Nothing in this mod belongs to me, I only tweaked the code that was causing errors in 42.12.

The fix is related to TIS adding modelled muzzle flashes to all firearms and the changes they made to the formatting for the code for repair recipes. The former causes the game to crash when weapons are fired if muzzle flashes aren't added to each gun, the latter if not fixed causes errors when trying to place items on your back or when repairing vehicles. This mod fixes both problems.

If you experience problems getting the mod to load, let me know in the comments, this is the first time I've uploaded to the workshop and I might have set something up wrong.

Otherwise, I won't be making any changes or other fixes to this mod as it does not belong to me, if Hyzo requests it be taken down or they update their mod, I will remove this one.
