Adds Hatsune Miku as a pretender god.

There are three mods included: miku.dm adds her to the 'Far East' pantheon while globalizedmiku.dm adds her to the 'Default' pantheon, which should include most nations.
Finally, ubiquitousmiku.dm forcibly adds her to every nation with an id between 5 and 499. You may need to fiddle with the load order to get her to show up on modded nations.

Mod Compatibilities:
-Any mod that changes warrior illusions, illusory weapons or has a unit called "Muse of the Future" will not be compatible
-This includes the three sub-mods in this mod: Either enable regular Miku, globalized Miku or ubiquitous Miku, but not several at once!
