This is a 10 Floor lift using an Multi-Stop Mover what can be used in custom maps.

The lift can be lowered by deleting top floor "segments" and then clearing them from the lift controller (the Dino Icon next to it).
Then you just have to remove the cleared floors from all the panels (what can be all found using search).

The lift uses positions just as many other objects do and should be positioned around with grid snap movement being enabled.
The lift itself is not directly medical themed as one might just switch the door's material or model with different ones.
If the lift is rotated, the door mover end positions also must be swapped else they will open in wrong directions.

If not needed, just delete the sky, fog and water (by searching what uses the custom material what can be found inside the map) and the lift should be the only thing left and copy-able.
I just wanted a place where i could at least show it without having it placed directly in the void.

Only the doors on Level 0 have an internal switch that lets you open the doors in case you fall under the lift.
Those are Kismet controlled and you just need to copy that by opening the kismet (green K in editor) and copy it from there and if it assigns something wrong in your map, just re-assign the lower doors to each of the kismet functions.

Known Lift Related bugs (what also happen in original maps):
If you stand on the panel attached to the lift you will fall through the lift
If the lift is moving lets say from 0 to 9 and you interrupt it at level 8 it then will move very slow as it started from the floor 0.


I actually had to look into the games scripts with external tools because it was unclear what needs to be assigned for the lift and found out of the existence of VCMultiStopMovers being a thing.


Even if the map might feel boring or bland if actually played, one could try bring the cloner objects from "Mess maker" to spawn lots of objects.
