The current version of the map that also includes the exterior and the kitchen for some extra places to clean.

Stuff also burns or disappears if thrown further away into the sand so cleaning the exterior should be a lot more easy.
Just as you can't run away from here too as it will even causes any of the Janitors to "overheat" over time...

Also you can put stuff on one side of the road so it gets shot away by the car for some extra fun.
