This map should help you to get a few of the achievements but not all of them as some of them are level based.
Exploding the Fake Janitor does not work as that is not a real player.

DLC is not required if you do not have that as the map should make a check if you have that installed so it then will only make things appear or work if you actually have the DLCs.
