Alternative Chainmail Texture + Scalemail/Chain Coats

[aka Chainmail Retextures Alt]

Every vanilla NPC has the chance to either have Kevin's retexture, OR the vanilla chain texture, because I really liked the idea of having a chain in the same style as the zukin mail, but also still enjoyed the vanilla chain textures.

There are also icons and names to differentiate them more. For example, "Rusted" instead of "Rusty" for kevin's, and "Darkened" instead of "Blackened". The regular variants are named identically though.

I added a chance of chain shirts for reg Paladins and rusty ones for Sentinels. Paladins may also have scale armour.

Black Dogs might have black chain coats. Reg chain coats may be used by Sentinels, Outlaw Heavies, Bounty Hunters.
