GIC [v4.0+] - FU Progression Patch

Adds the Frackin’ Universe Vinalisj building and its connected cave story mission for tech progression on GIC’s starter world.

Also gives the player 20x copper, iron, and coal ore to start since vanilla materials are disabled by default in GIC's Garden world. ONLY GIVEN IF THE INTRO IS SKIPPED AND USING A RACE THAT USES THE VANILLA INTRO MISSION!

Also I forgot to add the tricorder, so uh, lmao.

This mod isn't a necessity for GIC-FU runs. This is only just to appease people who don't want to interact with GIC's starter world (counter-intuitive to getting GIC in the first place) and absolutely want to do FU intro only.
